This is where you begin at Astrid Academy of Movement.

These classes are for all ages & abilities and are gym for ALL!

Inclusive, non-elite gymnastics classes focused on FUN, fitness and fundamental movement. 

​

Here we welcome people of all ages & abilities, learning the basics in gymnastics, such as, rolling, jumping, balancing, flexibility, strength and much more!

​

You can either stay in these classes for fun, or progress in skills and move through the club class pathway.

​

All members must sign up & pay membership fees to participate in an iAM class.
