WHAT IS TRIX N FLICS?

This is where you can start your tumbling journey at Astrid Academy of Movement.

These classes are for all ages & abilities!

We have both inclusive, non-elite tumbling classes focused on FUN, fitness and fundamental tumble skills, as well as working to a competitive level. 

​

Here members will learn the basic tumble skills, like roundoffs, jumps, rolls, flics etc in our beginners class and will learn bigger skills like somersaults & linked progressive tumble skills in our intermediate class.

​

You can either stay in these classes for fun, or progress in skills and move through to competitive levels.

​

For members competing, it is compulsory to have an Astrid Club Kit.

​

All members must sign up & pay membership fees to participate in an iAM class.

​
