FUNDRAISING AT ASTRID
Help & Volunteers are always appreciated.
The Friends of Astrid Academy of Movement Fundraising team comprises of parents of Astrid Academy of Movement. It's role is to raise funds to financially assist competing gymnasts & the club.
The team operates on a not-for-profit basis and as a separate financial entity from the main club, with its own bank account controlled by nominated members.
The team is responsible for deciding how funds will be used.
Events and activities are run throughout the year to generate funds.
We encourage as many parents as possible – and their friends – to support.

Astrid Performance Team are participating in their biggest event yet!
WORLD GYMNAESTRADA 2027, PORTUGAL.
In 2027, our team have the most incredible opportunity to take part in a huge event - the World's largest non-competitive gymnastics festival.
Organised by FIG & held every 4 years, this is an exciting event that brings many countries together from across the globe!
Four our small club to participate in such a large event is incredible! But as you can imagine, this amazing opportunity comes with rising costs. We are trying our best to fundraise, but would love to partner up with local businesses through sponsorships or donations.
